Tidal Hymns is a series of naturally-dyed fabric comics with images created via linoleum relief printing and embroidery. Tidal Hymns details major geological events that have impacted the Duwamish River and other Seattle waterways throughout history–from glacial movement and earthquakes, to white-settler manipulation of Seattle coastline and tidal flats. This is an evolving body of work.
